GRB Environmental Services, Inc. has been supporting the USEPA on its Superfund program for the past 20 years. GRB has contracted and supported the EPA in Regions 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, and 10. GRB has worked on over 800 contaminated sites within three EPA Regions.
GRB has worked on a variety of high profile multi-year environmental projects including the $110 million EPA Region 2 RAC2 contract, $130 million High Line Project, $1 billion Williamsburg Bridge Rehabilitation Project, $600 million Fresh Kills Landfill Permitting and Facility Upgrade/Closure/ Monitoring, and the $130 million High Line Project. For its work on the High Line Project, GRB received the Lucy G. Moses Preservation award and the Black Pencil award for environmental work. GRB also provided project monitoring oversight services for the decontamination and abatement of the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel in response to the 9/11 tragedy.
